From Pilot to Rollout
Alluminous Commercialisation Plan
From Pilot to Production
Alluminous is executing a clear, focused path from pilot-scale operations to commercial rollout. Our HiPurA® pilot facility is operational, with marketing and customer testing set to begin. With modular design principles, in-house analytical capabilities, and global IP in place, we’re positioned to scale cleanly, quickly, and commercially.
Operational Pilot Plant
Located in Perth, Western Australia, the HiPurA® pilot facility was largely completed prior to acquisition and is now being optimised for production trials. The facility includes:
- Hydrometallurgical purification system built to modular specifications
- Commissioned in-house analytical lab
- Reagent and feedstock supply chains in place

2026 and Beyond:
Modular Rollout
Once qualification is underway, the HiPurA® system will be developed commercially through modular units located closer to customers in key regions.
International Expansion
Setup of operations and site selection in the US, Europe, and Asia
Modular Design Finalisation
Commercial unit engineering, focused on rapid deployment and scalability
Customer-Led Location Targeting
Site selection driven by proximity to end-users and supply chain hubs
Built for Execution
Unlike high-capex projects dependent on mining approvals or complex metallurgy, Alluminous has:
- Very limited approvals required – no mining or risky chemicals – only widely available reagents
- Secured IP
- Ready access to industrial feedstocks
- A commercialisation-focused team with relevant execution experience
This enables a faster, lower-risk path from pilot to commercial output.
Timeline Snapshot
2025: Pilot optimisation and operation, MArketing
Outcome:
On-spec output, product validation, feasibility studies
2026: Global rollout, modular deployment
Outcome:
Site selection, customer/partner engagement, commercial unit design
In-House Capability
Our internal analytical lab allows rapid feedback loops, enabling:
- Faster refinement of product specifications
- Real-time QC during production trials
- Validation of customer-ready output
This lab capability is critical for maintaining tight control as we scale.
